Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 28, 2026.

These terms apply to your use of frankfortmetalroofcoating.com, operated by Frankfort Metal Roof Coating.

Use Of This Website

You may use this website to learn about commercial roof coating and to request contact or an estimate for a commercial property. Please give accurate information in any form you send.

Ballpark Estimates

The estimate form gives a preliminary planning range based on roof area and fixed per-square-foot rates. It is not a quote, a bid, or an offer. Actual pricing depends on an inspection of the roof, its condition, the system chosen, access, and other factors.

Requests Are Not Appointments

Sending a form or requesting a call back asks for contact about your roof. It does not confirm an appointment, an inspection time, or any agreement to perform work. Any work is set out in a separate written agreement.

Information On This Website

Content here is general information about commercial roofing. It is not engineering, legal, or tax advice. Permit, code, utility, and tax details change, so confirm them with the responsible office or a qualified professional.
